Ready-to-eat Products Recalled by Californian Firms12 November 2013
US - In apparently unrelated moves, two California-based companies have recalled ready-to-eat products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.
Glass Onion Catering, based in Richmond, California, announced on 10 November that it is recalling approximately 181,620 pounds of ready-to-eat salads and sandwich wrap products with fully-cooked chicken and ham that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7.

On 9 November, Atherstone Foods, Inc. (also based in Richmond) recalled a number of salad and wrap products owing to fears of E. coli O157:H7.
