Avure Launches Support Programme14 October 2013
US - High pressure processing (HPP) systems manufacturer Avure Technologies has launched a new HPP Equipment Services and Support (ESS) programme to maximise customer return on investment by sustaining Avure HPP systems throughout an extended equipment lifecycle.
Rebuilt from the ground up and incorporating industry best practices, the world-class service platform seamlessly integrates every phase of customer HPP adoption--from definition of system requirements and operational readiness to on-going lifecycle support and system maintenance–with a constant eye on improved performance and customer profitability.
“Avure has a 50-plus-year history in the production of ultra high pressure presses for food and industrial markets, and our new ESS platform reflects the full breadth of that experience,” said Matt Rutherford, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Global Sales.
“Customers expect a world-class company like Avure to offer world-class programs that sustain their uptime, and we are committed to meeting those expectations throughout the system lifecycle,” added Dave Fuller, Director of In-Service Support for Avure.
“Our ESS platform encompasses an entire ecosystem of resources that address the gamut of issues that can impact productivity, whether related to installation, training, utilization, maintenance, or spare parts inventory, so our customers can experience the full benefits of their HPP deployment.”
At the heart of the new service program is the Avure Customer Focus Team, a cross-disciplinary group representing Avure’s Project Management, Customer Support, and Technical Services functions. Equipped with a solid understanding of each site’s applications, operations, and business requirements, team members are assigned to own the customer relationship and work in tandem to coordinate the many activities necessary for optimal process utilization and performance.
