Submissions Open for European Egg, Meat Symposia

ITALY - Abstract submission for the XXI European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat and the XV European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products is now open.

Abstracts are invited for oral or poster presentations on any of the symposia themes. For a complete list of topics, click here.

Please submit abstracts of no more than 300 words by 10 April 2013 using the online submission form [click here].

On behalf of the The Italian Branch of The World´s Poultry Science Association, Professor Margherita Rossi (Chairman of the Organizing Committee) and Dr Massimiliano Petracci (Chairman of the Scientific Committee) look forward to welcoming participants to the symposia at the Centro Congressi Giovanni XXIII in the beautiful city of Bergamo, Italy, on 15 to 19 September 2013.

They say the symposia are a unique opportunity of meeting for the international scientific and research community and an important chance to exchange new ideas and valuable information on the matters of poultry products, production and processing, also for trading professionals.

The cooperation among the members of the WPSA European groups working on the quality of poultry meats and the quality of eggs and egg products will stimulate the drawing of a varied scientific programme presenting the updates in these specific sectors.

The famous Italian hospitality, the historical environment and the beauties of the surroundings will contribute to make these Symposia an unforgettable event, the organisers add.
