Roser Installs De-boning Line in Venzuela

VENEZUELA - Roser, from Adfood Group, has developed a "turnkey" solution in one of the most automated deboning halls for pork and beef in Latin American for Carnes El Pazo, part of the Organization El Tunal.

The Organization El Tunalan important agroindustrial Venezuelan complex that comprises agricultural enterprises and different manufacturer brands of consumer products.

The challenge was to reach a deboning capacity of 1,225 pigs/day and 250 cattle/day with minimal staff.

The aim was to maximise profiatbility at the processing plant at La Miel (Lara State, Venezuela) - part of a complex of more than 10.000 square metres.

RMT from the ADFOOD Group worked with El Tunal on the concept for the project giving technological advice on the facilities, process and production line development.

A primary, straight and dynamic cutting system was installed, which optimises the deboning process and in the main beats the productivity targets and profitability associated with traditional cutting technology used in Latin America.

At the end of the line there is a modern vacuum packaging line with the option of controlled atmosphere packaging and with an accurate quality and labelling control system, which prepares the product for its distribution.

Adfood group was created in 2010 draw together the brands including Roser (hygiene and maintenance equipment), Ogalsa (injectors), Cato (machinery for sausage production) and RMT, responsible of this project.
