New Meat Bone Separator/Deboner with Very Low Calcium Content

FRANCE - The French manufacturer of separators, LIMA, has recently developed a new concept for the deboning/separating head allowing an important reduction of the Calcium level in the separated meat while keeping an optimum yield.

LIMA - Quality in Meat-Bone Separation

The result is a well structured recovered meat with technological performances similar to minced meat.

This range of deboners known as DS series have a capacity of 200 kg/hr (440 lbs) up to 4.000 kg/hr (8.800 lbs).

These machines have all the benefits of the existing LIMA separators:

  • No extra prebreaking
  • Low temperature increase
  • Protected recovered product, etc

The machines have simple yield adjustment and short down time for cleaning.

Thanks to their ergonomic concept they are hygienic and operate friendly.

Visit LIMA at IFFA 2010 - Stand 9.0 C 10.

LIMA will also be at the CFIA exhibition in rennes, Frances from 9-11 March on Stand 5 D6, VIV Europe in Utracht, Netherlands, from 22-24 April on Stand 7 B091 and the European Seafood Exhibition in Brussels from 27-29 April on Stand 4 5841.
